Already have our tools?
If you're already a support customer and have our tools installed, it’s best to join using the Coffee Cup icon. This is our preferred way to provide support as it allows us to connect directly to your computer and identify you easily.
Once our tools are installed on your device, you’ll see a blue ‘CC’ icon in your system tray near the clock. If it’s not visible, check the ‘Show Hidden Icons’ arrow (^).
On Mac: The Coffee Cup tool will appear on the top bar, to the right near the clock.
