Look no further than Coffee Cup. Coffee Cup took over our IT support needs early last year. We moved from a local IT support company that had looked after us really well for many years until they sold out to a large IT support group. The takeover pretty much instantly destroyed what was an excellent company. Service fell off a cliff, and we were about to implement a cloud server replacing our physical servers, a new CRM and job management system and replacement workstations throughout our offices.
