How to Get Support

We love providing support and want to make it as quick and painless as possible for you and your colleagues. That is why we offer several ways to request help - just choose the one that works best for you.

So, you are a new customer and experiencing an issue? Here is exactly how to get support from Coffee Cup Solutions.

Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

If you have an out-of-hours contract, you will receive separate instructions on how to access that service.

Our Preferred Method

System Tray Icon

This is the best way to get support. It lets us connect directly to your computer and immediately know who you are, so we can get straight to fixing the problem.

Once our tools are installed on your device, you will see a blue ‘CC’ icon in the system tray, near the clock in the bottom-right of your screen.

If you cannot see it, click the ‘Show Hidden Icons’ (^) arrow next to the clock to reveal it.

Create a Ticket from the System Tray

Another easy way to request support is by creating a ticket directly from the system tray icon.

Why use this instead of email? It automatically includes useful details about your device, which helps us diagnose and resolve your issue faster.

Just fill out the form, click Send, and a ticket will be created for you. You will also receive a confirmation email.
