Our business is providing IT support for businesses, our core business doesn’t include any home devices support. However, lockdown brings a new set of challenges for our customers. Normally your support contract will be for your company assets (laptops, servers etc) but whilst we’re in lockdown and you’re all working from home trying to juggle teams meetings, work, and your kids trying to get online we thought we’d help out a bit where we can.
If any of our existing managed support customers are having IT related issues preventing your children from being able to get on with their remote learning, jump on support as you normally would and we’ll help out – free of charge. It can be anything related to remote learning. Perhaps getting that pesky printer to work, devices joined to wifi, or helping get Joe Wicks on your TV for P.E.
